What we need

You have a track record scaling DTC or ecommerce brands. You understand product feeds, Merchant Center, and the full purchase funnel at a granular level.
ROAS, tROAS, CPA, contribution margin — every decision is grounded in data. You are comfortable being held accountable to outcomes, not activity.
You work within European hours and are available for collaboration when it counts. We are a remote-first team with a strong preference for async.
